Location- The Chabad Annex-676 Amsterdam Ave. Kollel hours Monday-Friday 1st session- 8:15 AM-9:15 AM Shachrit- 9:30 AM 2nd session- 10:30 AM-11:30 AM Kollel closes at 12:30 PM Details The Kollel is open to all men who wish to come learn Torah and start off their day on a positive note. No enrollment necessary. There is also an option to commit to attend and receive a monthly stipend based on attendance. You must officially enroll in order to collect the stipend. The Kollel is strictly for Torah study. If you need to take care of a personal or business matter please do so outside or in the cafe next door. The stipend is $15 per session or $30 a day. You can only receive the stipend if you attend at least 10 out of 20 sessions. The stipend will be given as a check in the students name at the end of the month.
