Chabad of the West Side - 170 West 97th Street
The space at Chabad of the West Side is three classrooms that open up into each other.
It can accommodate crowds of 30-120 people.
The floors were beautifully redone. It has plenty of sunlight!
It's perfect for a Bris ceremony or a birthday party.
The hall is available only on Sunday mornings.
Rentals are for a 4 hour slot and must be over by 2:00 PM.

The Chabad Annex - 676 Amsterdam Ave
The space at The Chabad Annex is a beautiful storefront location at 676 Amsterdam Ave. on the corner of 93rd Street.
It's a space that can accommodate 40-100 people for a cocktail event or 30-50 for a seated party.
It's a premium location surrounded by kosher restaurants.
It's perfect for Sheva Brachot, engagement parties, classes or small lifecycle events.
The hall is available only for evening events beginning at 6:00 PM Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Rentals are for a 4 hour slot and must be over by 10:30 PM.

Food
Chabad of the West Side and The Chabad Annex locations.

• No homemade food allowed.
• You may bring an outside caterer but it must be approved.
• All packaged food items need to be approved.
• Dairy caterer/restaurant must be strictly Cholov Yisrael and Pas Yisrael
• Meat caterer/restaurant must be from a Glatt Kosher establishment.
• Only sternos for heating. No use of warmers.
• No advance storage of food available.

Decor
Chabad of the West Side and The Chabad Annex locations.

• We do not provide any decorative supplies.
• You may decorate as needed but everything must be removed and disposed of at the conclusion of the event.
• Be extra careful when applying tape to walls with paint and make sure to remove at conclusion of event.
• Any damage will be charged to your card.

Security

• Chabad does not provide security.
• We may be able to help provide someone to watch the door for your guests for an additional $150.
• The Chabad of the West Side location is located on the second floor and the door must remained locked at all times. The door cannot be propped open.
• There is a doorbell and intercom system.

Sound Systems and Projector

• We do not have any sound systems but you can bring speakers to plug in.
• We have a projector at the Chabad Annex location but can't take responsibility for its use. If you'd like to use it there is an additional $50 fee. Please come early to trouble shoot. 

Cancelation Policy

• Full refund if canceled 30 days prior to event or within 24 hours of reservation if within 30 days.
• 50% refund if canceled after that.
• Your $250 deposit will be refunded if you choose not to go ahead with your event.
