Hands-on Demonstration with Morah Suri
CELC parents gathered in the home of Beth Kern (parent of ELC alum) for a wonderful evening of challah baking. As the challah baked, everyone shared thoughts about enriching their family's Shabbat experience.
We enjoyed a Shabbat high in the Catskills. Good food, great company, inspiring singing and Torah thoughts and fun outdoors made it a wonderful weekend!
A fun masquerade and megillah reading started off Purim, followed by a great day at CELC. Parents and congregants enjoyed Megillah readings and breakfast in the tent, and the school day closed with Mordechai on the horse leading the way. Purim in China, with over 100 participants in the festively decorated tent, finished off a great Purim!

Chabad of the West Side Bakes Matzah!
Several families and individuals met up in Crown Heights for a Matzah Baking session. We were able to participate by handing the sticks and retrieving the rolled Matzahs! Thanks to Rabbi Fried for organizing this great event.
